Added restart command as workaround for greetd-wlgreet bug

For some reason, sometimes greetd-wlgreet won't show after the outputs
have been resumed from being turned off via DPMS. This exits sway, which
causes greetd to restart which reinitializes everything, and returning
the login prompt.
